1. General Terms

Traelolo.com is a platform that facilitates the purchase and shipping of Salvadoran products to the United States. By making a purchase on our site, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Orders and Deliveries

  • Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Estimated delivery time within the U.S. is 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination and type of product.

  • Products are delivered through our logistics partners and may require a signature upon delivery.

  • Some products have limited stock; if a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified and offered a replacement or refund.

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete.

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to our logistics center. In this case, the customer may:

    • Pay the shipping cost again.

    • Request a partial refund (excluding shipping and processing fees).

Traelolo.com is not responsible for losses or delays caused by address errors entered by the customer.

  1. Returns and Refund Policy

  • Perishable or food items are not returnable or refundable unless there is proven damage or error.

  • If a product is received damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, the customer has 48 hours after delivery to notify us by email at info@traelolo.com, including photos and the order number.

  • For non-perishable products (clothing, crafts, etc.), returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached.

  • The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the error was on the part of Traelolo.com.

  1. Cancellations

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled if it has already been processed or shipped.

  • If the order has not yet been processed, the customer may request a full cancellation and refund.

  1. Customer Responsibility

  • The customer agrees to use the platform only for legal and legitimate purposes.

  • The customer confirms they are of legal age and authorized to make online purchases.

  • It is their responsibility to verify customs or legal requirements for importing certain products into the U.S.

  1. Limitation of Liability

  • Traelolo.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or delivered products.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, misuse of the platform, or obvious pricing errors.

  1. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately.
